It has been a few weeks since Amaran released in the cinema halls and is still making news.
Directed by Rajkumar Periasamy the film is the story of Major Mukund Varadarajan and the
highs and lows of his life. Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi have given their best to their roles
and according to sources, both have earned praise from Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K.
Stalin and of course superstars Rajinikanth, Suriya, and Jyothika. The film has inspired
schools across the state and special screenings have been held for NCC students in Tamil
Nadu.
It is the first Tamil film to extend its OTT release window due to high demand from theater
owners. This unprecedented move speaks volumes about its popularity and the strong
connection it has forged with audiences.
